We cooperate with Sport Federations, other organizations, significant executives of Sports, local authorities, individuals and firms, all sharing a common goal; the hosting of successful Sport Events either within the facilities of SPORTCAMP or at the wider area of Loutraki, or even in other well organized sports tourism destinations in Greece and Cyprus.
We offer complete Sports Events Management services, which include everything, from the elaboration of the bidding file to staging the event competition and the provision of all auxiliary travel services (accommodation, dining, transfers, AV equipment and many more).
We undertake:
- Venue inspections including sports facilities, hotels, restaurants and all other venues needed according to the event master plan
- Booking of all venues
- Accommodation Services
- Dining & Catering needs
- Traveling Services (transportation to and from the fields where friendly games may take place, sightseeing at tourist attractions, etc.)
