GreenAca is a project coordinated by the International Sports Confederation (CSIT/Austria) with a partnership of  AICS/Italy, HLA/Croatia, TUL/Finland, Sport Camp/Greece and UCEC / Spain and SCU / Austria.

GreenAca aims to create an Academy through which staff of grassroots sports organizations can develop knowledge and skills in the field of environmental sustainability to implement sports activities aimed at increasing environmental awareness among children aged 6-13 and families those living in disadvantaged areas.

GreenAca, through 2 international workshops coordinated by the University of SCU, combines the guidelines already developed at international level by the most important bodies in the field of sport and environmental sustainability (UNFCCC, OIC, UNEP, etc.) with the specific needs grassroots sports organizations and clubs. A training program, consisting of modules and guidelines and delivered during an international training course, influences the environmental sustainability knowledge and skills of 30 grassroots sports executives and coaches
