Loutraki hosted for one more year, from the 24th to the 27th of August 2017, one of the biggest masters volleyball meetings "Loutraki Global Volleyball Cup", which was completed in absolute success.The event was organized by SPORTCAMP, Youth Sports Training Center. The Municipality of Loutraki, P.-Ag. co-organized the event with the support of AEDIK and of the Loutraki Tourism Organization. The event this year increased in size of participants, with a total of 13 countries sending their National Men's Volleyball Masters' Teams in 2 Age Categories, 45+ and 60+. -

Brazil, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, U.S.A., Israel, Italy, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden.

The event features exceptional volleyball players that have long standing careers in National and Team levels as they have been members of their National teams and prominent volleyball clubs in European and World level. Many of the players have previously been teammates or competitors and they have forged strong friendships over time.

In terms of of sports competition, the level was high and with all teams performing to their maximum with extra positive vibes!
Congrats to Italy and Russia for receiving the gold medals in the 45+ and 60+ categories respectively!!!

Loutraki Global Volleyball Cup 2017  was completed in festive mood with the players and their coaches renewing their meeting for August 2018!
