Under the organization of the Hellenic Table Tennis Federation and the support of the European Table Tennis Union, Sportcamp Athletic Center hosted the Europe Youth Series Greece Open from October 25 to 29  2023.

The competition took place at the indoor sports hall and the multipurpose hall of Sportcamp, while the participants stayed at hotels in the city of Loutraki. Additionally, transportation was provided to and from the airport as well as from the accommodations to the sports center.

The age categories of the participants were:

• U15 girls (born 01.01.2008 and later)
• U15 boys (born 01.01.2008 and later)
• U13 girls (born 01.01.2010 and later)
• U13 boys (born 01.01.2010 and later)
